  • Custom Development: Exclusive rights to the custom solution developed for you

3.2 Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Payment Terms

  • UCI Templates: Full payment required before delivery
  • Custom Development: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
  • Consultation: Payment due within 30 days of invoice

6. Delivery and Support

6.1 Delivery Timeline

  • UCI Templates: Immediate download upon payment
  • Custom Development: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
  • Consultation: Scheduled within 48 hours of booking

6.2 Support Period

  • UCI Templates: 30 days email support
  • Custom Development: 90 days comprehensive support
  • Extended Support: Available for additional fees

7. Refund Policy

7.1 UCI Templates

Due to the digital nature of UCI templates, refunds are not available after download. We encourage you to review our demo materials before purchase.

7.2 Custom Development

Refunds for custom development projects are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Project cancellation before development begins: 100% refund
  • Project cancellation during development: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Unsatisfactory results: We will revise until you're satisfied

8. Limitation of Liability

AV UCI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You retain rights to purchased UCI templates
  • Custom development projects are completed according to agreement
  • Support services continue for the agreed period

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
